Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes prohibited uses of the Setu platform. It applies to everyone who accesses our APIs and products.

You may not use Setu to

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others.
• Produce sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual or exploitative content.
• Create malware, conduct phishing, or attempt to breach security of any system.
• Generate misinformation, impersonate individuals, or create deceptive deepfakes.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or incitement of violence.
• Make automated decisions with legal or safety-critical effects without human oversight.
• Circumvent rate limits, resell access, or reverse-engineer the service.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and take action including content filtering, rate limiting, suspension or termination. Serious or illegal misuse may be reported to authorities.
