Setu (“Setu”, “we”, “us”) is operated by DWET PVT LTD. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it when you use our platform and APIs.

Information we collect

Account data — name, email, password hash, and organization details you provide at signup.
Usage data — API request metadata such as model, endpoint, token counts, latency and timestamps, used for billing and analytics.
Payment data — processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store full card details.
Technical data — IP address, device and browser information for security and abuse prevention.

How we use your data

To provide, maintain and improve the platform.
To meter usage, calculate billing and prevent abuse.
To communicate service updates and support.
To comply with legal obligations.

API content

We process the prompts and content you send to our models to generate responses. We do not use your API content to train foundation models without your explicit opt-in.

Data sharing

We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the service (e.g. hosting, payments) under appropriate contracts, and where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Your rights
