These Terms govern your access to and use of the Setu platform and APIs provided by DWET PVT LTD. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for violations.

3. Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees.
• Usage beyond included credits is metered and billed per model.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your dashboard.

4. Service availability

We strive for high availability but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SLAs, where offered, are described in your plan.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs, subject to these Terms. We retain all rights to the platform, software and documentation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DWET PVT LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
